  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cellphone, or digital tablet.
  • Service refers to the GenerativeAI-based tender/ RFPs analysis, drafting, and management solutions provided by the Company.
  • “Website” refers to ContraVault, accessible from www.contravault.com.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and form a legally binding agreement between You and the Company. They define the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

  • Use AI-generated contract analysis, drafting, or bid comparison results without proper verification.

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of Your login credentials.
  • Notify ContraVault immediately in case of unauthorized access to Your account.

ContraVault is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

5. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

  • Certain features of the Service may be available only through paid subscriptions.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance, and failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension.
  • ContraVault reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User-generated content) are the exclusive property of ContraVault and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for Your internal business purposes.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContraVault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • The Company does not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI-generated contract analysis and risk assessment.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service if You violate these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes to Terms

ContraVault reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the Website.
